Hello 🐠- first time home buyer and closing is in next 45 days. Have a decent Credit score (757) and Worried with fluctuating bond yields/ interest rates . Any suggestions on how to research for better lenders with less interest rates. Searching online gives too many confusing results. Few friends referred some (3-4) lenders who provided similar rates to me. I’m smart, get things done, self motivated. however I’ve hit career ceilings because I’m incapable of schmoozing, playing office politics, aligning myself with people who can boost my career. It’s just not in me. But I haven’t come to terms with it. Hi all, was hoping for clarity on offers from FANG/Tier 2 tech I received recently. Base pay is still within range of 130-150K, but equity components have dropped dramatically. For reference, for similar positions, I was receiving grants of 150K - 200K over 4 years for data analyst positions (4-5 YOE) in Aug’21-Feb’22. For personal reasons, I did not accept these offers. Now the equity grants are coming in like 50-70K over 4 years. Is this market wide for non SWE/PM roles due to stock market?
