I’m making $62,700 as a Lead Admin Medical Coordinator of a division. An office administrator in my practice makes about $70-80k, then practice manager is at $85-$110k
It depends on the title and the location. In Atlanta, where I live, at a major hospital, a hospital administrator makes around $70k
If you feel like you don't get paid enough, you should for sure have a conversation with your manager about it. Outline everything that you have done with the company to get you higher pay.
We won't really know for sure if it would match since we don't know your location. Do some research! Check online resources like salary calculators or job postings in your area to see what the typical pay range is for your specific role and experience level.
I think everyone feels they don't get paid enough. Once you reach what you think is a good pay that would eventually seem like it's not enough because the "newness" of that role and paycheck has worn off. You got used to it and have obtained additional expenses therefore it's not enough. It really depends on your city and the role as far as pay.
