I have 7 years of experience and recently i got offer from CTS as a Sr. Associate. I am into testing and into automation since last 3 years. I don't have automation architect type knowledge but I do automating scenarios with selenium and Java. I am not into framework development. Now if I join CTS at 15.7 package will they expect me to work into framework development or just as a tester who does automation sprint wise scenarios. Please only genuine suggestion. Our retail division has one set of software for scheduling and one for payroll, and neither of them can handle predictive scheduling compliance issues unless they’re used for both the scheduling and payroll functions.
