My official job title is Assistant Project Manager, I’m a 3rd year apprentice in the trade but take on significantly more responsibility than a traditional 3rd year apprentice would. People who're negotiating with TCS HR. Please remember the following. 1.Offers are mostly non negotiable
2.They have strict 30-40% hike only.
3.If you ask more, they will say, I will get back to you and you wont get anymore calls. Be careful.
4.They have bands fixed like 4-6 yrs ITA and so on

Two years ago got fired. Reason, Boss was unhappy beacuse of my direct contact with CEO also with other higher level people.
