I have some doubt regarding pf contribution... Say for example.. 12% of my base salary is 600 which gets deducted from my salary.. on the flip side.. the company has to contribute 600 to my pf (which is actually deducted from my salary only like already part of CTC)?. So my question again is that.. the company contributes 600 as well? PwC

If you’re listing A&M then you already know who pays the best lol
I don’t see EY being on the high side of this
A&M and AlixPartners will pay the best.
Agree with everything AP said. More of a diamond type over here as well. Some days I may be doing complicated analysis and some days I feel like I’m doing associate work lol. Let me know if you have any questions or want a referral.
I know some more senior people who are remote. Before Covid they did have some requirements to be in an office a certain amount of time each month, but things are up in the air now. Our HR team would be able to clarify.

AP is a diamond type team. Very few low level employees, lots in the middle. Most of the team already knows what they are doing and you’re not getting kids fresh out of college learning on the job. We charge more because our experienced teams bring more value. We have Directors who get in the mud with everyone else. I’m always shocked to see them handle work that normally a Staff1 would handle. Everyone pitches in.
