I don’t drink at all during the week, but on the weekends I partake. Bourbon is my go to, but if I’m mixing I do Bourbon, then wine, then beer to round off the night while maybe taking a hit or 2 of Mary Jane
Last year, I went on a no alcohol challenge after a depressive episode where I was drinking every single day. I started this year with a couple beers after successfully completing the challenge. Let's just say I haven't drunk anything since then. I think I'm completely over it.
Yea a lot of people don’t realize it’s contributing to their misery, not helping it. Good on you.
Nobody likes a counter
I have never had alcohol. Even with 18 years in this profession, and 4 children.

Zero since I got help
None gave up alcohol 3 years ago
Alcohol hasn’t given up on you
None. I have other outlets though which I’m lucky to have otherwise I’d be drinking too.
I go through like 2 family size chip bags a week (trying to quit lol) and sometimes drive a 4 wheeler around the property.
Update. New craving substitute is honey vanilla Greek yogurt.
Only on the weekends- anywhere from 2-4 drinks
I haven’t drank since graduating college (4 years ago). I have no idea how people can balance drinking with the demands of public accounting. If I still drank like I did in college, there’s no way I could hold down this job.
Not enough to bring my liver enzymes out of the normal range

I’m in the Tommy Norris camp that Michelin Ultra’s don’t count as drinking…so zero

Sorry that was late when I posted that…and wasn’t drinking! 😂
Michelob Ultra
Probably 3-8 drinks a week. Largely depends on if I go out with friends on a weekend
Wow I feel like an alcoholic drinking 10-12 beers a week 🤣
It’s enjoyable and a way to be social with friends.
We do plenty of thing that are unhealthy for those reasons.
None- I’m Buddhist
Lol not at all😂😂😂
promised myself not to drink when feeling down to break a generational cycle, so during season.. none😭
Thank you! It's a tough disease and I wish it hadn't taken so many from me
None, quit drinking 2 years ago :)
On average, less than one. I enjoy a drink as much as anyone else, but I easily go weeks without even thinking about it. I have bottles of wine on a wine rack in my kitchen...hubby and I will open one here or there for a game night with the kids. Or if I'm out with friends I might have one (out with friends is fairly rare at this point in my life). On vacation, I'll have a couple most days. It definitely not something I think about in my daily life, but if an opportunity presents itself, I'm in.
I know this is weird, but I am the one of those people who never really acquired a taste for alcohol so I only drink a little in social situations. I can count one hand many times I’ve actually been drunk so during the week I may not drink anything at all especially during busy season and I don’t have time to hang out with people.
Drinking frequently and heavily was one of the longest and worst decisions I ever made. Never really screwed up, but just generally felt bad, unhealthy, fat, etc…. I now only drink on the weekends (occasionally and lighter) or if I’m at a dinner with a client, I’ll get something to sip on, but I don’t even finish it. Feel so much better. Also, I haven’t tried this, but thc infused drinks I hear are great, with no hangover. Going to try
I have roughly 1-2 drinks per month when put to dinner. I'm more partial to the taste of coffee drinks and mocktails. I personally don't enjoy the bitterness or burning sensation of the alcohol taste.
