Got an interview request from Amazon for Sr. Digital Marketing Manager. I have been interviewed by and worked for multiple big names like Mcafee, Meta, Microsoft but never by Amazon. I’m wondering how’s their hiring process, what kind of questions and tasks are waiting for me, how many steps are there etc.

It’s my 1st switch so please guide me. Hr from Siemens called yesterday to discuss salary they offered 6 and said we have this band only. I said I have an offer of 7.3 so atleast match this. Now I want to ask for joining bonus as its Work from office. Shall I wait for offer letter to come then ask or shall I call today itself before getting OL? Also I wanted to negotiate more for salary. Hi I have 1 year experience in SAP Fico in capgemini and have ctc of 4.25 lakhs. I cleared two technical rounda where deep domain related questions were asked and it seems interview went very well and told I be getting Hr call for further process. Fishes please tell me how much hike should I ask from infosys for Associate consultant : SAP Fico position? I was thinking to ask 100 percent hike ie. 8.5 lakhs. I read on glassdoor the avg salary is 8.5 lakhs. Please help me how much hike should i ask Capgemini

I have received offer from Wipro which is little above than the offer that I am holding but fixed pay is less. Thinking of rejecting Wipro offer. Is it better to reject or accept and then not join. I don't much about pros n cons of joining Wipro. keep an another offer in hand along with wipro offer for safety. FYI, Wipro has not onboarded or released OL for many candidates. You find in other threads about that.

Be wary of Wipro. Lots of folks joining and being parked on bench. Wipro does not have a lot of new clients in pipeline, you may be stuck on bench with the HR looming over your head.

Please join Wipro only if they are taking you in for a project. They might tell you, there are projects.
Please confirm with them if they are in pipeline /future projects or active projects. Join only if they are active.
I am in the same Band and around same package as you, Now I am in bench and not able to get projects.
Please please be careful before joining , because this LOP 45 days + additional 90 days is going to hurt.
On the very first day of induction, I got to know about Wipro's exploitative 'No pay after 45 days on bench' policy. And on top of it, employees are forced to attend the office three days a week even they are not paid. This unethical and disgusting approach to employee treatment was never disclosed in the offer letter. Hence, I left immediately from next day.
