So- we run Dynamic Creative Optimization (DCO) for our clients display ads in a feed and corresponding google sheet via Google DoubleClick. My q is- does anyone know what systems out there allow for creating a template that will automatically pull a product image from say Target.com and automatically building the ad & copy without manually making 1000 ads via row for row in the google sheet? I know this is possible but curious if Sizmek or Flashtalking are more common in this type of creative development.

Yes it’s vary significantly and different for each function. Overall it’s great for majority of department so don’t get overwhelmed with negative comments. Before joining try to get in touch within your department to know about culture etc
During probation its just 15 days. Based on my own experience, I’ve found the work culture at Amgen India extremely difficult to sustain in the long term.
Without a meaningful reset around leadership behavior, trust, and autonomy, it becomes challenging for professionals to thrive or see a future here. This is why I personally don’t see myself staying for long.
I would strongly encourage anyone considering a role to evaluate the on‑ground culture carefully and decide whether it aligns with how they want to work and grow
