BCG varies by market/office. In London it’s a few thousand GBP per successful referral but higher from time to time. No difference on level applying for at the moment.

Haha OP, S& is $15k referral bonus for hiring managers
S1- are you open to giving me a referral. I can send you a message with my details.
Deloitte is usually 1k a month after being hired
For Booz, it varies on the position. It can get pretty high if it’s a unique role. More common positions are $500 from what I’ve seen.
BAH2, it’s definitely not a $1500 minimum. If you go to the referral portal, you’ll see some with a big ol’ whopping ZERO. Many are $500 and harder to fill roles are higher.
$10k for us for any level
Bain: Varies by level and geography
S& definitely pays referral bonuses OP 👀
At Bain, you can get 5000$
At OW it varies by level. can range from $5-$15k
And we have a double deal on now. I’m looking forward to 20k hitting my bank account once probation is over in a few months.
Booz gave a smaller referral bonus it depended on the level. I believe it started at 750 and went to 2000. Guidehouse starts at 2k and goes up to 5k. All taxed heavily though.
