Bain & Company How much referral bonus does different companies pay? Does it vary by the level that a candidate is applying for?

If I am not mistaken, Strategy& does not pay any referral bonus. Curious what other firms are doing on this topic.

I am a business development manager in a small biotech incubator. My end goal is to work in commercial, BD or operations within a big pharma/biotech company. What would be best for me:

1) stay in my company to quickly become BD Director and then exit (however my learning opportunities within my current company might be limited)
2) go do consulting for a few years
3) any other recommendations?

I see two crowds these days. One thinks housing market will crash. The other thinks housing market will soar.

The contrarian in me makes me think this is a decent indication that housing market will stagnate (or increase minimally) for a few years.
