Where will the wedding be?
Where is the wedding
Largely depends on location, your definition of nice, and how much you're willing to DIY. Best way to get an idea is to research a few venues, caterers, and photographers in your area. Those are typically the more expensive/highly sought-after line items.

definitely agreeing with the where are you located questions, and also whether you want a planner/all vendors so you can be hands off or if you’re interested in DIYing a bit.

At 150 guests. Best guest would be 30 -35k on the low end and 60-70k on the upper end for nice not gold plated. Big spends are venue, food, booze. Venue price will vary widely by month and day of the week. A place that has a 12k Sat fee may be 5 k on Sunday. Remember, all catering prices are before tax and gratuity so just figure 30% more. Most venues won't let you bring in anything except the cake.
Cheapest nice option (IMO) is a church wedding with non typical reception venue that will let you self cater. Church because if you join there is usually minimal if any facility fee, they are low even for non members and usually not much decorations are needed. Ditto for restaurants. Some restaurants can accommodate the service and reception, but not many. In general if you are not DYI
Florest - will have 3 to 5k minimum
DJ- 2k Band will be 5to 8k
cake - figure 5 to 7 per slice
photographer 2K to 5k
Videographer 2k to 5k
Invitations/Save the date -450 to 800
Dress and alterations. $300 to $4000.
Venue all inclusive minimum 15k to 40k ( food , drink, linens, tables, etc) personally the DYI where you rent tables etc seems exhausting. But VA halls that have table and chairs, other lower cost venues if you are willing to rent linens etc can be lower cost options
Add you will have to feed all your vendors. most places will give you a lower cost meal for them.
Hope that helps.

Any extras like photobooth, light up wands, customized napkins or save my drink ( hint mprint is cheapest I found) signs you want not provided by venue, etc.
Just remember it's the friends and fun. Barbeque can be as good or better than plated dinner.

My mistake. the inexpense site for napkins and things is imprint.com
