2 or 3 hours per week at most, headhunting is a bit difficult these days but it depends on the role/level. Most of our recruiting is done through advertising on Indeed.

Wow. 2 or 3 seems pretty low to me.
Really? I'm not being sarcastic but everyone I know is unemployed rn. How do you determine quality at what rate you are offering? I think we need more details.
Need a CD? I’m right here. Haha
I do. Can I DM you?
Souring passive candidates on LinkedIn is how I get the majority of my hires. I’m assuming you have access to LinkedIn Recruiter. The filtering tools in there are pretty great, and you should be able to dig in and find candidates with the backgrounds and skills you’re looking for.
I generally reach out. If it’s a live job, I definitely do. Sometimes I set some people aside to pipeline when I have free time, or if I have some visibility in to a future need. I work in advertising, so having free time and knowing what is coming up before it’s an emergency isn’t really a thing.

I spend a day to source so I block out my calendar. I find some pretty good candidates for all the roles I am recruiting for.
