How much value does the name of my MBA program hold if I exit as a PL or Principal at BCG? Does it have any impact on the level or salary i exit at?

I’ve been freelancing at a bigger NYC agency for a while and just found out that some of the FT creatives/account folks with significant responsibility make <45k. How is that okay?

Used to be in a quant group. We had an underperforming staff who we let go. He claimed to HR he was discriminated against bc he was an MBA. To which they responded: that's not a protected class.

Left McKinsey for a Fintech corporate last year. Really disappointed to see bonuses given out (cash is equivalent to half month salary, equity vested over 5 yes also not great) after getting the 5/5 rating and business doing well overall.
