How often do you check the salaries tab in the Glassdoor app? Is it accurate to your pay scale for your role? It’s accurate for mine and another reminder that I’m underpaid. Part of that is because I’m in the non-profit sector but I legit think a part of that is also racial discrimination. I have too many examples of being at the very BOTTOM of the pay scale, even as I move up in job titles.
