I really only update it if I'm applying to jobs. Maybe that's not the smartest way to have the best resume, but I just don't have the time to keep it updated all the time when I'm not applying to jobs. I think a good goal is to update it any time you get a promotion or title change though, so i should try to work towards that
That depends on whether I'm actively looking to make a change. I haven't updated mine in at least a year, maybe even two. But I haven't been interested in making a move lately (especially in the current job market), so it has languished.
I don't update it super often, just when it feels like I have something worth while to add or when I'm starting to think about being more active on the job market overall. I like to try and at least make a mental note of things that could be nice to add to my resume so that I don't forget any important details.
I only update my resume when my phone number gets changed. Lately my phone number has been changing rather frequently because I have been changing phone carriers every so often
I Haven't since the last time.I applied for a job
I really only update it when I am looking for work or if I see an opportunity I want to pursue.
