Bain & Company Bain & Company Do you have any insights into what they are expecting in the second (last) round? I saw that there are two cases and a presentation. Are they more interested in professionalism than the "analytical" skills assessed in the first round? Do you have any more insights into the presentation?
Many thanks in advance

My LM is so keen on small small things, not related to coding but documentation and all. Atleast once in a week I'm committing mistakes on small documentation points n he is stressing on same. Are there any chances that my probation will not be extended or is it a clue for me from my LM. He is Looping his LM and asking questions/clarifications.
Should I ask him directly or can be ignored or need to try outside. Please suggest Barclays

Find someone in your LinkedIn connections that works there. Or is connected to someone who works there.
Try to meet HR and especially your agency’s recruiters. Recruiters often have a network and with a little luck might know a recruiter at the agency
If my own search is any indicator, I’d say you’re going to be met with a lot of just, like, flat out indifference and people not willing to get back to you - even recruiters.
Just be persistent and cast a wide net.
Most people don’t respond but just keep at it. If you hit them up 2-3 more times and they still don’t respond, try someone else.
Also keep in mind that they might reach out after months of radio silence.
Sent a cold email to a place and never got a response, but the recruiter did end up thinking of me and reaching out literally two years later.
Find some sort of connection you have to a creative there. It's a small business. Maybe someone there worked with a former coworker. Maybe they are an alumni of your school. Maybe they worked at your agency a while back. Find something, anything to serve as a conversation starter. Reach out. Be nice. Don't be pushy. Say you love the work at that agency and would love to get some feedback on your work.

Join ad organizations in your city and go to as many of their events as possible. Network and get to know people there. I guarantee you will make a connection that at least knows somebody at the agency you want to work at and will be willing to connect you. That is how I got two of my big agency jobs! Right now this is a little more difficult because of COVID, but many of the organizations I know are still doing virtual things.
I’ve gotten 2 jobs by blindly sending my resume to their info email listed on their site. I usually say something like “hey I looked at your listings and didn’t see anything, but please keep me in mind for the future”
Both times I got in early for a job that wasn’t posted yet. Might be different for creatives, but worth a shot! Good luck!
I mean you have to send ALOT of emails, but It’s pretty easy to chip away at.
