Definitely include work that was done by your team. Be very clear that you supervised the team that did the production and later what you contributed - estimate reviews, director approvals before sharing with account, that type of thing.
I put credits on every project. HoP’s shouldn’t put anymore projects on their reel. Probably had very little to do with the project. Plus when you’re at that level it’s very little about the work on your reel anymore. Same goes for CCOs. Put the work that got you there. Leave the rest for your team and be a champion of them.
At that point you need to tell your leadership story. Your resume changes. It’s about your bio, your vision, and how you lead others.
Please don’t take credit for other people’s work on your résumé. Supervising people producing doesn’t mean that you should get credit for what is produced. I agree with what other people said that your résumé is more about management at this point. You can say that you oversaw producers on the following pieces of business. But not that you produced the work.
