How should I delay my joining date?

I have onboarding on May 13th at KPMG, but I have an ongoing interview at Accenture Strategy that is offering me a 30% increase on the KPMG offer. However, I am currently in the interview phase, and Accenture has informed me that it will likely take another week to conduct two more interview rounds. Therefore, how should I stall KPMG in the hope of securing the Accenture position?
