How should I negotiate for a higher salary? I have my annual review coming up, which always means bonus & raise, but I need to push for it to be higher than normal this year -- something I've never done before. We went from having 4 paras on to having only 2, so my workload is significantly more. Any tips?

I work in a midsize firm and we have the basic subscription to westlaw, which doesn’t include the ability to see filed briefs, motions, etc without incurring additional costs. I’m wondering if there is a service in the NJ/PA area that gives you access to previously filed motions and briefs? So if I’m drafting a summary judgment I could search the service and find a similar one. If this doesn’t exist.. I think I found the next million dollar idea lol
