Lay all of that out. Write down, as specifically possible, your increased duties. If you log it, provide metrics, such as overtime, billed hours, etc. Provide specific examples of how you have contributed above and beyond to the success of your practice and the attorneys you support. Also, don’t wait until the annual review - bring it up with the appropriate party ahead of time. Say that you know your annual review is coming up and you would like to discuss compensation. I did all of these things and negotiated almost a 25% raise. However, my practice chair had to advocate for me to the managing partner and get approval from the board, so giving him the heads up ahead of time gave him the time to get my raise approved.
I would go to indeed, ziprecruiter, etc. and find posts at your desired pay rate at different firms where you’d be a good match. Make a log, screen shot, take note however. Then I’d make a very extensive detailed list of the ways you’ve helped them over the time you’ve been with them or since your last raise. Try and prove why you’re an asset, how you know you deserve more. Be firm and confident. Aim way higher because they may come back lower, but at what you might be happy with. Just some off the top of my head rambling lol - good luck!
