Commensurate with experience.
Can the FB fam get together and apply for this job en masse with an expectation of $125k? You know… to set expectations?
Competitive with market
I'd try to be honest. If you put something too high, they might not call you. If you put something too low, they're not going to offer more than you asked for. What do you realistically desire? If you're making $84K and happy in your current role, maybe it would take $100K for you to think transitioning to a new job is worth it. But if you hate your current role and think this one has better WLB, maybe expecting 10% fewer hours, then you might be willing to leave for $85-90K.
If you have 84 now you should ask for 100 otherwise what is the point (unless WLB is destroying you)
I had this thought, ultimately decided WLB is killing me inside. The sooner I get out of this job the better.
Can you put “negotiable”? These things are better discussed in person or on an interview.
$85k for a junior accountant role sounds like a pretty big ask
5 years is not junior. Nuts!
I would put 95k as desired
If you are flexible with pay I would put that. But if you have a min that you need to make, make sure you start with that. Or put what you currently make but add flexible

This seems like bad advice.
