How to get interview calls?

I have 3 yrs as azure DE, recently 2 weeks back started for job switch. Till now I applied more than 100+ jobs ,no response from any of them.

Do I need to change anything in Naukri?
I heard somewhere that if we put notice period 15 days or less we will get more calls, Is it true?
