How to make a decision - higher level role, much bigger salary etc in a company that has all new leadership but has a lot of debt and rev decreasing each qtr. but has good plans to resolve. Or, stay in current place - debatable and unclear promotional opportunity, entire c-suite has left, new CEO, company not doing so great either. How to think about this?

I'm a third year plaintiff's employment law attorney and I'm looking to move to defense, preferably still in employment law. I received an offer from a midsize firm that primarily focuses on PI with little-to-no employment law practice, so I'll have a bit of a learning curve. Offer is $90k, billable hours of 2100. Is this reasonable? I'm dead-set on leaving my current job, and this would be a $20k pay increase - which makes me believe I'm leaning towards taking it for those reasons only.

It is more like support/dev and unit testing combined. Coding is hardly involved and my hold on DS is weak so not sure if I'll be able to crack technical interviews for C++ dev or anything similar.

I was hired within the last year as a site supervisor. I did well my first few projects with the company. They asked if I’d be interested in transitioning into a construction manager role. I agreed. Now I still am the site supervisor on projects but I’m also doing all the construction manger duties on the project as well. Essentially 2 jobs for one salary.
