Molds are a big issue in other places. Luckily, ours is still in a good state, I believe. Where are you stationed right now?

When, or if you set time aside to take care of yourself or do something for yourself, what do you do? The feeling of avoiding mines buried on the gorund is one I carry at all times, and I remember the fear and the anxiety at every step. I still feel like this today, like every decision I make will lead to disaster.
