A creative brief is more drilled down, and focuses on the creation of advertising content for said product.
Marketing brief = differentiation
Creative brief = relevance
A marketing brief focuses on technical issues, including deliverables, deadlines, timetables, and logistics in order to adhere to the three main limitations of scope, time, and budget. In initiatives requiring creative strategy, such as branding, commercial campaigns, and graphic or multimedia design, a creative brief is employed. It makes it clearer how a business, item, service, or brand is positioned within its industry.
