I am having 2 years experience in SAP MM, SAP MII and Supply Chain Management with a popular certification. I am understanding what kind of opportunities I can get in McKinsey. Can anyone be kind enough to throw a light?

I'm not in sales per se but I manage my company's largest wholesale account ($150 million per/yr account). It's a great company, awesome culture, good benefits, flexibility, but the pay is not great ($60K/yr). All the pros outweighed the mediocre pay, but now with inflation rising, my paycheck isn't going as far and I'm having a really hard time trying to figure out if I should start looking elsewhere or if I should ask my boss for a raise.

Fear I may have lowballed myself in initial discussions with HR and now expecting a formal offer. Honestly think 10k more would be more fair. What’s the best way for me to negotiate this after the formal offer is presented?

Dear all, I want a suggestion currently working for TCS with 5 CTC in a support project with some opportunities on Devops tools. I am having an offer from a company for an senior software support profile with 15 fixed+1. My future aspirations are Devops. I have also received a counter from TCS for 12 CTC. Should I join on senior support role and then switch for Devops after preparation or should I stay back in TCS for some time and switch after preparation? In TCS my designation is system engi.
