Going to a new firm and bringing a client or two with deadlines before I leave — can I do the work now but bill the time later at my new firm as long as I don’t double bill at my current firm?

Conflicts check question: how much detail will I need to provide to (hopefully) new firm? I’ve been at the same place for a decade…so many transactions over the years! It will be easy enough to gather info by client matter number, but that doesn’t capture sub-entities and/or any other specifics.

Any good recommended books on how to build a scalable product and team? One query, I have received an offer letter from Wipro (Career Group: C1) with package of 28 LPA, out of which INR 420000 is allocated as 'Variable Pay' which will be paid on quarterly basis'. Need to know how much % would generally be paid out? Is it 100% or less as per the individual/organization performance.
