Accenture HR is no good. It’s like cops “checking on ya”. Watch out, they never mean good unless you are a minority or some special gender person.

As a SM you came in with experience in X. Who leads the X practice? Do they have a plan to staff you? If X work isn’t available what’s your 1 month plan to get staffed in Y?

Talk to the MD who hired you . Typically they need to have a valid business case to hire you. Business case typically entails
- a large project that needs a delivery lead with your experience
- Accenture is building up a practice that needs your experience
Either ways, the MD sponsor should be able to point you in the right direction .
Poached and layed off after 8 months. They tried to force me to quit, because they didn’t really have a reason to terminate me. Apparently my case to be hired was not fully aligned internally. My peers at SM were ruthless and their coachees on my project wouldn’t do a single thing I asked and kept giving bad feedback to leadership. I was getting complaints from other leaders who I had never even worked with. It was all very, very strange and stressful
