I accepted an offer from Sapient and was due to join today. I informed them to postpone the joining by a week since my LWD was yesterday and they released the offer yesterday only. The HR took it a bit personal and said it's a take it or leave it offer. The salary paid was good than the offer I held but I said if you're threatening me then it's a NO from my side. After I said I won't join sapient, he threatened me further by saying he is going to get me blacklisted in fortune 150 companies.

I have joined wipro on 31st Jan 2022 so as per 6 month calculation my probation period will end on 31st July 2022.

If before 31st July I am putting down papers my Notice period woud be of one months right and not 3 months since my probation ends after 31st.

As per offer letter it's mentioned in probation notice period is of 30 days.

Please let me know if my understanding is right ?
