I accepted offer letter in Accenture India India. Got the offer letter without salary discussion. Also added comments while accepting offer letter that want to negotiate salary. Also i sent emails and calls to poc hr, she is not responding. I am sending daily emails and calls to her. Please advice what to do? Support team told me that accept offer with comments. But till now no one get back to me. Please advice guys.

I have over 12 years in B2B sales/sales management experience along with a graduate degree. Client, layperson, may have agreed orally to a settlement amount without proof of damages prior to filing appearance and obtaining an attorney. Client filed appearance pro se, then plaintiff sent over a draft settlement agreement few weeks later which client didn’t sign. Client then got an attorney, filed answer, etc. Can this oral agreement be voided for coercion, indefinite mat’l term, etc?

At the end of the interview, the person told me I passed the interview and they were going to talk to the Director who’s a level under them. It’s a yes for them and they’re happy to work with me.
