I am 25, making close to 1.7L a month. With 4 years if experience. I have total monthly spend of close to 60k.

I also have an fno loss of 20Lakhs that bothers me and I want to get that money back.

I also am in debt currently which is close to 3 lakhs which I’ll be able to easily repay with in 6 months.

Have 3lakhs in savings also.

Ik if i go back to do fno i might loose or might make the money back.


I want to understand what should i do because I do feel like a looser for loosing money.

My book is just spec and side projects. I’m trying to get a new junior-to-mid role because I’ve gotten nothing good produced where I’m at, and I have zero faith this will change if I stick around.

I’m asked for work samples from recruiters and CDs even though I make clear that what I’ve done doesn’t reflect who I am as a creative. Think CRM/DM/B2B stuff. They insist on it, and I never hear back afterwards.

Not sure what to do. Almost feel like I’d be better off erasing my agency experience.

I'll switch to a startup as the only data engineer and will closely work with all the Head ofs + the CTO.

Any advice/books/... on stakeholder management at that level? Especially when things fail/discussing budgets/new hires etc.

Graduated in 2020, wanted to be a graphic designer, took a job at a startup in a social media role. The boss called me the "r" word for not handling entire 13-ish accounts roster well by myself.
