I am a civil/structural engineer with around 3.5 years of experience in Tokyo, Japan.
I've just moved to the US and recently obtained my EIT certificate in New York State. I've been applying for jobs around NYC/NJ area. Can I get on advice on the typical salary range for someone with this kind of work experience?

I have 5+ years of experience and having 3 offers

1. Infosys -9.5 lpa
2. Wipro - 12.0 lpa
3. Mphasis -13.0 lpa

If I consider salary as secondry criteria ,Which one I should choose so that I wouldn't regret later. Please suggest ?

Would your perspective and/or stay at a Big4 have changed if they changed their comp model? I.e. those people who worked a ton of hours during the year were paid much more (say via bonuses like in IB)

Advice for Of Counsel roles? I am of counsel at a firm where I can set my own rate and keep a percentage of collections, which varies slightly depending on whether the client is one I generated or not. I’m finding that a lot of my work is for firm clients where the lawyer negotiated a flat fee (and the hours worked are less, due to efficiency etc). What is the right way for me to be compensated in this scenario?

I’m a designer in the planning/landscape architecture dept. of a CE firm. Extremely frustrated that after 4+ years and multiple asks, I’m not getting the in-field construction experience I’ve asked for.
