What will be the salary in hand for this CTC structure?

Ex-consultant now in marketing. Used to be an avid follower here and got great insights on companies when trying to exit consulting so thought I’d try here for advice. Outside of FAANG, what are good large CA-based tech companies that provide good pay, WLB, and culture? DD has great people and WLB, but pay is low and you’re not given the tools and resources to succeed + truly make an impact. Google and Apple are ideal but need backups. Like is Salesforce still good? A company along those lines.

Are signing bonuses at PwC fixed based on the cohort you come in at or is there room of negotiation?

Recently received an offer and was surprised there was any type of signing bonus at all, but now wondering if I’m leaving money on the table by not countering...
