You could do a search for firms that are hiring and just send them your resume just in case this is an option they'd consider. This is something I do. I've gotten a few attorneys this way.

Civil litigation.
I do freelance work. I work full time for a solo personal injury and have a freelance business I started. If you're looking for tips on how to get clients, I would suggest you look into offices that are hiring and send them your resume. This is what I do. Just make sure you have a price list ready in case someone reaches out to you.
