At 2 YOE and a PhD you should sit around 800k in tech. consulting, much lower than anything comparable in the US but you get the socialist state in return. Basic healthcare is free, and you're not going to die on a sidewalk in front of a hospital if you don't have health insurance.
Most large companies offer some benefits in addition to salary, usually a combination of pension and insurance. The larger the company, the more structured these benefits are (don't expect a lot from startups/scaleups)
