Move dilemma:
Currently @ Arthur D. Little Limited Dubai as SE Manager w/ base comp of 285k $ + 10-15% bonus. Vert limited fit w/ people & projects in the region (MEI) & not motivated by seniors. Not happy w/ the job but good WLB. Very likely to promote to Pr which would include a 20-30% jump in total comp but shift to more variable
Move to MBB as PL. Projects & people are supposed to be great and he could see himself in the long run. Comp is 170k $ + 60% bonus. Will take 1.5y to move to Pr

Nice try, Frontier sales rep
Frontier actually has really good service at a very good price. Their planes are always clean and I've had great experiences with them. When I'm not using miles and the company is not paying I fly them.
I think they get a bad rep because they are a low cost carrier and they have a lot of fees. But if you simply follow the rules it's not bad! Granted the plane was a little older and a little worn out but it wasn't dirty. My first flight was $99 base fare and after the carryon fees and seat upgrade we only we paid $150 or something. It was cheaper than the bigger airlines and it got me to my destination. A few cons though: customer service sucks... they only had a single person at their counter and the line was huge.
All of the planes I've flown so far have been new. That may be because I'm usually flying to or from Atlanta. I only have one carry on when I fly Frontier so I don't incur the fee.
Decent pricing! I flew for 300 when other carriers were 800 for a particular time frame
