How do I push back on a manager who forwards "urgent requests" from leadership to me at the end of a Friday... When they got the original request earlier in the day (according to email time stamp)

I found one of my coworker's anonymous Twitter accounts, and it has a ton of red flags involving bigotry, sexism, etc. It's a personal account, so should I mention it to HR or not?

I have a wee crush on one of the partners in my firm and I thought he liked me too, but neither of us did anything about it (which is entirely appropriate). That was all pre-Rona. I understand this might sound a little snobby but I'm not trying for it to come off that way. I've been around impressive people throughout my adult life. T-14 and big law have placed me in the company of some really accomplished individuals. It likely skewed the bar in terms of what I find as impressive.

How do you deal with stub years who are exceptionally bad? I’m not talking about general cluelessness which is completely expected and understandable, but turning in work product riddled with incomprehensible, grammatically incorrect sentences that would fail middle school English. This is honestly the worst I’ve ever seen. Would you just avoid in the future or raise this with a partner? I don’t even know how to talk to this person about this…

Partner is pissed at me & judging everything because we disagreed on a deliverable. I was at fault at not giving what was needed even though we disagreed. I respect them, how to fix the relationship?

Completely and totally miserable at my firm and just need a space to vent because my friends are tired of hearing about it. Anyone deal with this before: I inherited a severely under developed team including a sr analyst who clearly was doing the bare minimum, if that.
