I am currently pursuing my PMP, but I would like to get an MBA from a tier 2 school starting in fall 2023. This is possibly backwards, but I want to get into the Amazon Pathways program, and they require 1+ yrs in a job between undergrad and starting MBA. My current job is not as engaging as I thought it would be, so I am looking for a PM role elsewhere with better work culture.

Should I just go for the MBA now and do my PMP later? Or would 1 yr as a PM give me a better edge for Amazon?

It seems like most DevOps jobs and gigs are related to AWS, GCP, or Azure. Is there a realistic career path in the enterprise space moving forward for other tools, or rolling your own w/open source?

I have a contact who is a hiring mgr at a company I want to work for. He told me he has an open role for me and set me up with 6 interviews over a 2 week period. They all went really well and HR said I’ll most likely be moving forward to a site visit. But now my contact has ghosted me. After I made 3 outreaches he had his aa schedule time for two weeks out. Why am I being iced?

Upon passing, the partner told me they would hire an assistant for me since I now became an associate. Stern is way more than a finance school. Given its location, do you want to spend your 2 years in a rural area or heart of Manhattan? Location is almost everything for business school. (I have a friend in Cornell that frequently travels about 5 hours to NYC for events.)
