Hi everyone!
I've been offered a job at Publicis Sapient as a front-end developer (React Js).
What kind of work culture, work load and tech stack exposure should I be expecting?
I'm having 1 year experience.
I've also got offers from IndiaMART InterMESH Limited, Amdocs, Verizon and Collegedunia.
All for the role of front-end web developer.
I'm very confused between all of them.

Hi all.
Has anyone in IBM been on bench for more than 4 months here?
I have been on bench for almost 4 months now & have been getting automated mails asking me to get assigned to a project by searching one by myself, else necessary action might be taken.
And are there any chances of being straightaway fired based on these automated mails?
I would genuinely need an advise from someone who is aware of this kind of situation.
Thanks in advance

Continued: I have been self-educating and keeping up with all the developments in the mixed reality/ spatial experience world for the last 7 years and feel extremely confident that this is the next frontier of customer experience and I have a strong background in marketing, strategy/ operations and product ownership/ management which leads me to believe I would thrive at a company who is truly invested in bringing these types of experiences to life. I’m curious if anyone has advice on prepping for the job hunt or any perspective in what the teams at various FAANG or FAANG-adjacent companies who are investing in AR/XR/etc are like to work for.
My formal education is in information science and I’ve worked in plenty of tech/ digital transformation projects so I’m fairly competent on system design, interaction and ETL processes as well.
Any candid thoughts or advice?
