I am finding that many employers are asking for a more detailed resume, but everything I read says always submit a one page resume? Is this still correct?

I had applied in Infosys but the application was rejected after scheduling interview. They said they will but they did not. My ex colleague tried but refer me later but it says another application already exists.
When can I apply again??

But in 29 of nov show two status in ibegin current and previous status in current it show resume is shotlisted and previous it show evaluation in progress.what it mean?

But the others included a couple non profits (mainly digital marketing), then multiple contracts with clients doing things like business development, APIs, websites, etc. How can I combine these “side gigs” under a single title/experience?
