Hi all, I'm trying to break into sales coming from a technical background. It's been very difficult as a lot of recruiters only see the technical aspects of my previous role, even though I've added in some sales aspects from those roles. Any advice on how to break past the initial view of my resume/past technical experiences to get interviews?

Had a first round interview scheduled for a large CPG brand. My interviewer never called me, and I emailed following up to confirm the call. It’s been over a day and no response. What is going on with recruiters? I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt, but not even an email back saying “something came up” or “we’ve moved on” ? How long does it take for PwC to send out rejection email? I interviewed with the team like a month ago, the recruiter called me the next day and told me that congrats, everyone likes me and told that they were working on my official offer. 3 weeks later, nothing. Any books/self help materials for someone who is constantly worrying (and waste a lot of unnecessary time)? E.g. No matter if i pass or fail an interview, there is always something to worry about. The worrying/anxiety multiplies when I proceeded further in the interview stages. Now that I signed the offer and is pending background checks, my anxiety is off the roof as it itches closer to my starting date.

I have a period of time (~2 years) where I worked multiple part time jobs. One job was with a FAANG so that’s easy to put on my resume. But the others included a couple non profits (mainly digital marketing), then multiple contracts with clients doing things like business development, APIs, websites, etc. How can I combine these “side gigs” under a single title/experience? Business Consultant? Say I ran a consulting agency? Business Dev Engineer? I’m lost. I don’t want to embellish or undermine.
