I am have been offered AVP position in Barclays. CTC 30.5 lpa + 10% bonus. YoE 10 years. My current CTC is 21 lpa +14% bonus. Is the salary offered for AVP good or I should negotiate for more?

I think I bombed a case interview with Chartis for an associate consultant position. The case was in excel and required me to manipulate the data via share screen with the interviewer. I couldn’t get some functions to work and was struggling to go through the 16 page PDF of data. I had several answers correct but needed to walk through the remaining questions with some guidance. My other 3 case interviews went well and I had great conversation with the partner for behavioral interview. Thoughts?
