I am have been offered AVP position in Barclays. CTC 30.5 lpa + 10% bonus. YoE 10 years. My current CTC is 21 lpa +14% bonus. Is the salary offered for AVP good or I should negotiate for more?

I applied for a job at Google, but thought it would be unlikely they would even get an interview. I am not a typical FAANG candidate (older, remote, mostly experience with small companies, no internal referral, etc.) and worry I am wasting my time with these interviews.
