Can anyone tell me how well CitiusTech pays salaries for onsite opportunity. Is it worth it given all the expenses. He has a offer of around 16 LPA with YOE 7+ Automation Testing. He is expected to get more offers. Will it be worth it to stay back in India or US?

You can send only the compensation breakup masking other details, if they ask the entire OL, you need to mask all the info which mentions the organization name.

I did this multiple times, so here you go :
You can just send the first page, and the cpmpensation breakup of the offer letter. Only these two pages. Also, mask all the company information, and if the company doesnt agree, include the "non disclosure" page also.
Make sure that after masking the details, convert file to image. If you let it be in pdf, the other person can still search in the pdf using the Find option.
I have also shared complete offer letter with one-two big MNCs as well, so that wont be an issue too.
Its unethical and unprofessional to ask for the offer letter. You can share the break up only.
If they insist ask them are they comfortable if you share their offer with some other company.
Its a wrong practice and should be stopped.
Remember it's the company who wants to stop you from going not the other way around.
Share the complete offer letter..Nothing happens..I did it all the times..
In my case, One organization was ok with salary breakup. The other wanted to see the full offer letter.
