I am having salary negotiation round with HR tomorrow. I already have one offer and have more than 2 months of notice period remaining. I have informed the 2nd company that I have an offer already and they have asked me to share the counter offer as part of document submission. Should we share entire offer letter or just the salary breakup sheet of offer to the 2nd company? My current offer letter says the offer can't be disclosed to others except immediate family members.

I’ve been with my current company for a little over 5 years now and since the start of the pandemic have been WFH. I absolutely love WFH and have always wanted a position in which I could WFH. There is talk of bringing everyone back to the office full time and that’s not what I would like to happen. I’ve been searching for a new position in which it would be a remote role. My current company also said I am maxed out in term of what they are willing to pay salary wise.

PARTNERS: two questions —1. If you see an associate has really low hours for the month, do you imagine them chillen on a beach somewhere or do you consider they probably spent most of their days sitting in front of the computer being “available”? 2. If you send an associate a random e-mail on a weekend like “Can you pull X and send to Y”, would you get annoyed if they responded saying they weren’t by a comp or would you consider it reasonable that they wouldn’t be by a comp on a weekend?

I started my notice period journey ~3 months ago, when i received an offer from company A.
Now at the end of my notice period I have decided to join company B.
Company A was very supportive during my notice period and always open to negotiation on salary and location. I'm feeling guilty not joining them 😕

Got a call from Deloitte HR and she told me that if you're available for an interview right now. I asked I will be available after 8:30 PM or next day before 11 AM she said okay thank you and cut the call. Is this the same company right who wants there employees to serve a stict 90 days notice period. Immediate joiner ka toh suna tha but immediate interview ka scene hai. It looks like companies like Deloitte wants just an employee without knowing there knowledge and skills. What's your views guy
