You don't. Your resume should only show one role, with the experience you've gained rolled into that one. The only other way to represent or speak to those other roles would be if you were/are a contractor with multiple assignments.

I’m a consultant, so the new logos just get added to my “logo block” on my resume. Both the extra consulting company and the end client logo. This works out nicely, work two gigs, get 4 logos!
