What's the salary of AVP at JPMC?

I have been shortlisted for AC role and my HR discussion is scheduled next week.
1. Need some insights on the maximum and minimum ctc (fixed and variable) that can be offered for 3 yoe (all relevant) . My current ctc is 7.2 (6.5 fixed) . Tech stack - Big data and AWS developer.
2. Is there any joining bonus. If yes , what should be the ask.
Any inputs will be very helpful for me to go with my expectations to the HR. Thanks!

AlixPartners I am expecting an offer for VP in financial crime/compliance and risk. I need to give them my compensation expectation. Currently working in Bank with 7+ YOE including 6 yrs in Big4 non-MBA (Masters in Finance). What is the total comp (base+bonus) that I can ask for? What is the general sign on bonus? 100% true I faced the same situation where girl was fine from her side but girls parents rejected me because of this.
It's frustrating sometimes.
What I believe, based on my discussions with numerous female friends, woemn don't want to go for arranged marriage. The idea of fairy tale is always keyed into their DNA, unless a woman is totally submissive to her parents (which isnt the case now). In my years of dating, Luckily the females in my circle or the ones I have dated or even if they are my exes now, they never looked for so many conditions. For them, they liked the guy and they went for him. The conditions which you are going through generally come from women who are reluctant to get into arranged setup and still being forced to go for it. So the conditions they throw are a way to send their family off track and make it difficult for the family to look for a guy. Even today I thank my exes for making me a better man, we still talk as friends.

The fact that you are posting matrimonial comment on Glass door itself shows why you are not getting a match. Work on your personality, bring down the criminal dowary amount to zero. Money is your mind, may be they are not thinking about it.
No I am just sharing what I feel is actually happening in society. also I think huge no of men which are facing the same issue. And Dowry?? I never asked about it from any girl nor I want dowry.

I might be wrong but infact I feel guys have better options in girls in AM process. Infact in this whole process you have to keep your expectations to bare minimum.
Right actually expectations point was not advice but I meant girls need to keep expectations very low in terms of looks or smartness. Guys usually get good looking girls but girls have to compromise that aspect.
Yes ,same happens with me ..everytime they hear the package, they ghost (even their parents ghosted)...even when their daughter doesn't earn anything .lol
