Most schools have career centers. Maybe make a list of all the ones near you (or nationwide, if you're willing to hire remotely) and contact whoever is in charge of that department.
I just wanted to pipe in and say that I think it's great your company is focusing on this and that it's also super cool that you get to be a part of it!

As others have said, reach out to career centers!
Great stuff! I would suggest you work with the recruitment team to focus on 1-2 target schools. HBCU partnerships can take some time to develop and many advisors want established relationships before referring candidates to companies or roles. Try to set up formal meetings with professors and advisors and go from there!
