I recommend General Assembly. You could land something after their PDM class.
With under 3 YoE you’d be looking at an Associate Product Manager role - start looking at the requirements of this role and how you can use your current work + education to achieve the reqs.
Mastercard In Ireland, what are the salaries of Software Engineer 1? Also is it a good company to work for? I've had a few interviews and also invited to a do a coding challenge with Microsoft too, so I want to know in case I have to make a decision between the two. Thanks

Thanks for the info. I have been considering doing an MBA but do you think an MBA would in any way make me a stronger candidate for PM role?
At your stage - I believe MBA will set you up well for Product Management roles. I’ve seen a lot of PM roles ask for MBA or requisite experience.
