I am sharing an experience to show how un predictable a big company can be, Persistent System taken 4 rounds of interview, after that their HR says congratulations you are hired and then conduct me an HR round, where she showed salary compensation and says she will release offer letter at Monday. But that Monday never come 😅. Still hasn’t heard from their HR. I think I am ghosted. There HR seems very proud of company first

Long post alert; I have been interviewing with a b4 for a senior con role since Mar end. Cleared all the rounds including case study and got strong rating as well as good feedback. Fast forward to last week, the talent POC calls me up and informs that she has asked the business if the position is still open, because now they just need the business approval to roll out the offer. I immediately felt demotivated as to ‘why now’ after all rounds have been cleared (continued in the comment below)
