I'm currently working in Hyderabad and getting 2.6 lakhs per month after taxes. I got an offer from a startup company which was started in 2023 in Dubai. They are offering 18k dirhams per month which comes to 4lakhs per month.
I'm married and my wife is also a software developer. I'm in dilemma whether to accept the offer.
Our main goal to move abroad is so that we can travel to various places.
Any suggestions please?

The company KPMG was suppose to deduct my joining bonus and other things in final settlement. Last working day was last day of month , which means i got full salary.

Offer in hand: HCL 18.5 lpa || NTT data 20 LPA (shifts) || LTI 19 LPA and 1 lakh JB
I want to show counter offer of 20 lpa to LTI and ask for 20% hike that is 24 lpa. Will LTI give that kind of hike ? Please share your advice on this. and also which company to join.
