I am sure I am not the first one asking this question on this forum. I moved from Deloitte US to Deloitte Canada a few months ago due to visa issues. I want to move back to the US. I have a very strong and supportive network in the US. How easy is it to get L1A if I spend a year in Canada? How soon can I get a GC if I move back on L1A? Anything else to keep in mind?

How is the job market currently looking in London? Currently in the US but will have to head back to Europe because of expired visa. Are typical exit opps the same as in the US?

I understand that I can use driver’s License but what if they ask for my passport and see the expired visa, which was from my F1 status? How much time does it take to get i-140 approved under Regular processing? Firm saying no for applying under premium processing. Giving me an option to self-pay premium processing fee if I want $1410

I have approved I-140. Indian nationality so priority date not close to current. If I switch employer, does my employer need to apply for PERM and i140 again as soon as I join, to get H1B extensions?
