I have a very strong and supportive network in the US. How easy is it to get L1A if I spend a year in Canada? How soon can I get a GC if I move back on L1A? Anything else to keep in mind?

I was on an L visa and want to switch to an H visa. Can I make that change of status in Mexico? Has anyone in this bowl done that?
