I am Tech. consulting Sr. Manager with a 30% sales/ business development requirement . I do not have a sales quota, but I have led a lot of BD efforts, venturing into white space clients, etc and paved the way for new businesses to open. The sales lead that I worked with took the sales credit. Having seen how I was able to bring in new businesses, I want to get into the roles of a client relationship executive role? How do I leverage my tech delivery/ BD experience for professional sales roles?

I’m an analyst & have been working towards associate – I was recently offered an associate role on a different team, but simultaneously am feeling burned out and thinking of leaving the firm within the next 6-8 months to work at a smaller company. I want to accept the associate role for my own professional development and growth. Tips on leaving a role after 6 months without burning bridges? Is that possible? I feel somewhat guilty about leaving my team, but know I have to prioritize my career

I am an Engg. (2004-2008) then went for MBA from UPES, Dehradun in Oil and Gas (2012-2014 : Regrettable decision). No connection though with O&G industry. Approx 10 years of work exp. Thinking of pursuing ISB MBA for a career jump. Present CTC 12.75. Any suggestions on which course shall I go for or any other alternatives. I can go for regular MBA too. I am getting 16.5 Lpa from Infosys including 2.5 variable. So how much I will take from home.

Let’s talk suits. Do you have any thoughts on a junior associate wearing an expensive suit or a suit that departs from the norm (eg subtle pinstripe navy suit, or a suit with larger lapels/peaked lapels?). I’m thinking about upgrading my suit, but I don’t want to piss anyone off with a suit screaming the message “I’ve made it” when I’m just a junior associate. I'm a corporate recruiter with 3 years of experience. Finishing my degree in HRM 5/2022. I'm thinking of getting my SHRM -CP shortly after graduation.
