Definitely see what’s out there. If the grass isn’t greener, stay put. Based on the culture you’re describing, I wouldn’t trust their opinion on what makes a good firm environment.
See what's out there. You can always stay at your firm if you don't think anything else is better.
Nah, explore your options. There's definitely better. I had to leave my specialty and move into an entirely different practice group (same firm though) to escape a horrendously toxic set of partners and I was IMMENSELY happier. The people were amazing. That's one option, hopping firms is another. Better is out there.

I recently lateraled from one firm to another and am around the same vintage as you. I moved for many of the same reasons you don't like your current firm (i.e. cliques, implicitly bias, distribution of work, etc...). While I was at my old firm almost everyone drank the Kool Aid and thought it was the best place to practice. There are many great firms with that are great at what they do. I am much happier now that I lateraled. I didn't see a path to progress at my old firm, I do at this firm.
Thank you all. This is super helpful to hear.
